 to the management staff of one of the hotels we manage, 
 to CENTAURUS HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT staff as hotel manager, in the framework of the recruitment process, 
 to the Hotel’s and Hotel Management’s authorised service providers and partners (banks, IT subcontractors, OTAs, lawyers, etc.), which are required to put in place strict confidentiality and data protection measures

 Your identity (title, surname, first names, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, IP address, a copy of a form of identification may be retained for the purpose of proving the exercising of a right to access, correct or object or to fulfil a legal obligation),
 Your competences (level of languages, grade level, speciality, your previous positions and/or current position),
 Your wishes about the sought position (availabilities, sought position, type of contract, notice, salary expectations), 
 Global level about the sought position (last considerable experience, profile, level of experience, compagny, type of contract, duration),
 geolocation data.

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD


The personal data that we collect from applicants can not be stored beyond the retention period strictly necessary for the management of the HR relationship. Candidates' data in the recruitment process are retained for a period of two years from the date of the applicant registration on the website.
